3. Product Sampling:
We can produce samples based on the customer's provided physical sample or images. Customers can choose fabric materials to control product costs.
Common fabric colors are available in stock, while special colors require bulk ordering.
Sampling Time: 3-7 days.
Sampling Fee:,depending on the complexity of the product. The fee will be refunded after placing the order.
4. Order Contract:
Once both parties confirm the product design, quantity, unit price, color, material, LOGO production process, and delivery time, a purchase contract will be signed.
All terms and conditions will be based on the signed contract.
5. Production Time:
For products using in-stock fabrics, the production time is approximately 15 days.
For urgent orders, production can be prioritized based on the factory schedule to ensure earlier delivery.
Special materials or colors may require 15-30 days for procurement and production.
6. Packaging:
Each product is packaged in an OPP bag (transparent plastic bag).
Products are packed in high-quality, durable cartons, with 100-200 units per carton, to prevent damage during transportation.

A: ANSWER:For old customers, we can provide sample free and customer only need pay express freight. For new customers, we will charge 50% higher then the unit price as sample fee and customers need to pay express freight also.
